2013 MV Agusta Brutale 675 New Model Is Here

by Rohit Khurana • October 23, 2012

MV Agusta manufactures some of the industry’s most sophisticated motorcycles and for the model year 2013, it brings an all new 675 CC model to the Brutale line-up. For the new model year arrives the latest naked beauty from MV Agusta, the 2013 Brutale 675. The Italian motorcycle manufacturer expresses its emotions by calling the Brutale 675 the most beautiful naked ever, and to an extent  I agree.

So much of character and performance is what the 675 is all about. The moment you see the motorcycle, you will fall in love with it. Particularly thin and compact, it blends class and sensuality.

And the touch of sportiness and aggressiveness, which is also the passion of the brand, is well expressed by the design.

Aside its compact construction, what interests us is a rather uncommon 3 cylinder in-line engine that can deliver a brilliant output of more than 108 BHP and 65 Nm of peak torque. Many of the electronics have been derived from the F3, which make the Brutale 675 both smooth and manageable on both track and street.

With a 167 kg weight and a powerful yet compact engine, the bike can attain a top speed of 225 km/h.

Some of the key features are as follows:

Ultra-compact three cylinder engine with counter-rotating crankshaft

Electronic technology: MVICS (Motor Vehicle Integrated Control System)

Traction control with 8 levels of adjustment

Frame with a mixture of steel and aluminum components

Single-sided rear swingarm with a Sachs rear shock

43 mm upside-down front forks

Racing brakes with radial calipers
