Stuntbike diary from Southern stunt rider Clint Behind the scenes on a very stunt build — we are to see this bike in action.

My is Clint Ewing, I ride for Dunlop tires and Speed I decided to really step up for 2014 and perform on a RSV4. picked up the bike yesterday and already have to do a few wheelies and with it today to complete Reckless video we have shooting for months.

I decided it be fun to post the entire project the very start so here it

Day 1 — Keeping stock i reach 600 miles to break Flipped front/rear sensors so I can the tires loose today for the Hope everyone finds build fun and informative as I will be it up for fully for stunting;  so going entire bike and wiring up key fed cage, idle higher, sprocket conversion etc. you enjoy!  I appreciate ALL the feedback as I from the negative and positive.

I do my best to represent the RSV4 year and more than I want to continue to have fun and and simple. this bike that!

Busted stock Metzelers off and on Dunlop Q3’s and changed to 180/55-17.

Finished Young Video today and will within next week or so.

people are going to hate me Got some work done and did the following:

1) Took out rear light assembly.

2) Took off stabilizer and cut front fairing so I can around front of bike easily.

3) Werkes Exhaust — took all of 5 minutes. E working on it today and will to get another stock of aluminum to the bracket.

1) Cut 525 stock chain and off OEM front sprocket — to 520 to drop weight.

2) Stock reservoir replacing with pro smaller bottle.

3) Wiring fans to Key fed — Keep as cool as possible

4) It works

Eye! — Tank off and radiator hoses off and using red.

Voltage regulator get hot since I wont be going using mini 12v fan to cool Turned regulator around so fins face fan and created in plastic so get direct air from fan.

The tank is some work as it be smashed like the metal out there. I called in a professional to out with this part of the Mike is an artist when it to body work and painting.

I up today by taking off kickstand and all the pads over to Bikemaster I like how these pads especially as I perform longer and heat builds up.

Stunt prefer an aftermarket stabilizer and has been supporting clint product for years now. So he had his friend Michael Shapiro the Scotts to fit the RSV4

EBC came on with Clint for 2014 and him Red VEE rotors front and rear

Ok is where things get tricky. off stock ECU and slapped on Race ECU to me to open her up at full level of Disconnected exhaust servo and took completely off bike. exhaust valve check and no onto next step. cage made.

So off to San Diego today for Racing 905 to custom cage build.

day down in san diego and drive home but definitely worth it Racing 905 custom made what I was looking for. owners know the bike to be bit on heavy side so I didn’t a huge cage. Went a race rail style will allow protection a bunch of extra weight.

Day 3 :  it nice and slow today and did a few I have been wanting to

1) New gas cap — plugged air vent new vent. I nformed to vent as best as possible — means off with the vent and free flow

Lastly finished coolant overflow install with matching red and made bracket to help radiator when coming from wheelies or stoppies.

Day 4 . I busted off all the lines. Literally me 2 hrs. The ABS system has cell and hard lines tucked frame. VERY hard to get at and

Gilles Rearsets installed and wanted to keep the quick on this beast. During spectators will go nuts I’m pinned full shifting with no clutch.

Cox Racing Group came on this year and matched up the red to the rotors.

Cleaned up the rear bracket so I can install brembo for hand brake set up

Working on today, trying to keep tail and ad minimal to the tail so I can foot at the back of the bike as as provide protection for the tail.

sprocket needs to be custom

So the has been a concern of mine I can’t dent it in like bikes. Mike was savy to come up with the lip concept and has adhered to the tank. Complete!

cover has some style plus new oil cap.  Mike is designing something nice with aluminum for my foot to on during tricks and custom top cover for a clean look

decided to swap out the stock air and toss in a KN race filter.  slapped on new 520 chain to match and front 520 sizes. Bikemaster an awesome chain breaker that made it quick.

  trimmed up rear master cap.

CoreMoto custom brake installed and look amazing. how I can twist the end fittings so cable bind. New seat with great traction for grip.

the corner on this project and was to wire in and test the regulator yes it works.

Want to thank for making custom bracket for my 4 piston hand brake.  out the control set up — Left hand brake New Brembo with Righteous clutch on This allows me to clutch and with index and middle at same time for stalls

Right side is Brembo for nice stoppies. I am not using on either systems and will be the MotoGp hose line The bars were provided by and are amazing with superior of positioning.

Headlight has been out and would like to do something than covering the holes fiberglass. Thought it over and try and make some really screens, sneak peek.

is doing an unbelievably nice job on the section. Giving me a platform to my foot during tricks and at the time keeping the … of the RSV4.  The tail section has duplicated but slight changes in and strength.

As of now waiting on extended clutch so I can test her out. I wont so much on the MPH as I will to the RPM’s and Oil I disconnected all APRC functions and running race ecu and mapping. F or now with a basic wrap, a glimpse

Here is the final sprocket custom built for the If anyone likes let me know and I can put in a minimal order together.

So Shaking the bike down all day I was to fix a few things and snap a few clips of the Decided I need to change out as well as adjust suspension for
