FRAME: All unwanted brackets cut off and trimmed as required to save The frame was checked for alignment and stripped back to bare and the central A waisted to allow inlet tracks to aid turbulence to Integral brackets welded to race fairing installation and panels.

Frame rust proofed, and painted in silver polychromatic

ENGINE: Head installed unleaded valve seats, guides and springs (SRM). checked for broken fins and all checked for flatness and vapour to give as new pristine finish. New Amal carbs and custom inlet extension spacers to head performance.

BARRELS: and honed to plus 20 fins, and stove enamelled to BSA satin Crank case checked, oil cleaned, crank and oil sludge cleaned and polished and refitted (SRM) alan key plug. crank, all new bearings and seals, all oil pressure cleaned and conrods for cracks etc (SRM) sump plate with magnetic plug.

BSA oil pump fully restored, new and bearings, new gearbox internals, wheel, chain and plates and new drive sprocket.

New swept exhausts dunstall type featuring customised twin support stays.

FRONT Fitted with new sliders, and seals and new chrome oil seal and gaiters, all unwanted lugs and removed to give clean appearance. Also fitted custom built and designed front mudguard.

Rear forks fitted new Hagon suspension units.

Front wheel built stainless steel double spokes onto new alloy rims. Front brake is a leading brake drum, in matt black high coating. Also included steel linkage, rim is shod Bridgestone Battlax 100/90×19. wheel built with steel double butted on Morad rim, hub is BSA QD crinkle hub with 4×18 64HR Battlax tyres.

SPECIAL REARSETS: Gear foot brake and footrest designed (patent applied handmade and polished in high aircraft quality Dural. units were designed to the swept back exhaust and system.

EQUIPMENT: Features BSA five fibreglass tank treated to accept new unleaded fuel new taps and tubing as required. in bright red gel coat. Custom steel central mounted oil behind alloy side

RACING FAIRING: With brackets which fix to customised brackets on frame. Also with Lucas halogen system covered with bubble and double curvature and amp meter finished in bright red gel

RACING SEAT: Quickly to gain access to the centrally oil tank filler underneath. compartment is designed to accept gel and a section of the wiring loom. to the batteries is via a lockable lid, in bright red gel coat.

OTHER EQUIPMENT: Includes BSA speedo and rev counter. Drop with all necessary levers All new cables throughout.

IGNITION Is fitted with a Pazon ignition system and twin are mounted on custom built situated behind the two alloy panels (which also ignition switch) and features weight loom system and new and stator.
