Copywrightmyass1: @jeffwazere No, if it’s running rich and spluttering, take off the air filter and run it with just the carb on, if it revs up fine then it’s rich.

Copywrightmyass1: A year late but the main jet is NOT too big. 100 main jet on a Mito is TOO SMALL. A restricted jet on a Mito will be 110 and derestricted 120. Here’s what i hope you done: 1)Change the main jet to 110 (Provided your exhaust and airbox are still restricted – 120 if not) 2)Clean the carburetor 3)Clear the air filter sponge 4)Check that the air screw on the carburetor is 1 1/2 screws out If you think your bike is running rich people one tip is to take the air filter off and it should run fine.

jeffwazere: @Copywrightmyass1 hello mate you seem to know a fair bit on these mitos i have an o8 plate 916 replica one. I dont want to get a bore kit but i want to do some more tuning to it. its been de restrictred and arrow full system but what else can i do. cheers mate

Svennex1337x: @Copywrightmyass1 The problem is solved, it was too much ignition advance. 100 main jet is the correct jet for PHBH28BD when restricted. 120/65/65 when derestricted.

CR125MANIAC: yh main jet sounds like its bogging due to not burning enuff fuel off dont ride it like that mate your rings will wear like fuk due to loads of fuel but not enuf oil

Copywrightmyass1: @jeffwazere Cone air filter, Mikuni TM35 carb (DYNO JETTED Ignition timing change), two stroke tuner’s cylinder porting, V-force 3 reeds. In my honest opinion. Leave it as it is. These bikes are fast enough and most/all tuning mods require precise setup and theres no such thing as a bolt on mod because it wont work right and could blow up your engine. If you want more speed, get a bigger engine.

There’s no replacement for displacement!
