My 1998 Magna was purchased on January 24, 2002 from Motorsports in Plymouth, MI. It had 4400

The day before, I went to Metro in Canton, MI and put a deposit on a 2002 Shandow VLX600. That was a mistake. The next day, I got my back after realizing the bike AND the shop sucked. that day, I ended up at and checked out what they I never liked the Magna in the website.

It always looked with the dorky passenger pad on the rear fender with no rest. Seeing the bike in was different.

That night, I the Magna home. with a ambient temp. And then, the day I rode it to work with a low of 24єF. It was great!

From 24 to February 24, I put 1000 miles on the with most of the riding 30-40єF. In March 2002, I the riding test and got my full endorsement.

Things were with my Magna until 2002 when it died times on the highway, the first I took a passenger on the highway. It run lean, and then the engine cut out. I had to put the choke on 1/2 way to get it to run.

I ended up getting home day and did not have any problems until.

I was around scoping out car dealers and up on Telegraph Rd heading south. before Cherry Hill Rd. the died and would not restart. I it was overheated, but still, nothing.

The had to be towed back to my storage

The next day, I tore off the and looked for a clogged fuel or something. The battery died trying to start it so much. a freshly charged battery, I got it running the next day.

The replacement part was When I bought the bike, it was my so I paid $800 for a warranty. was pretty dumb.

I never my vehicles or anything to get fixed; if you fix it yourself, you shouldn’t have it to begin with.

The next to be replaced was the back tire. It had miles on it and cost $185 labor. I pulled the wheel off since I do not trust any mechanics.

The motorcycle jack I bought great!!

I went out one day to try my modified in Januray 2003. There some snow flakes but nothing major. The temp. was

Well, when I was in the Pilgrim shop, a blizzard started. In 10 there was about 1/4 of snow on the My bike was covered. I had to ride four miles to get home and the were completely white.

I was doing about 35 mph and somehow it home. The concrete was not even I expected a tar strip or patchwork in the to wash out the front wheel, but it happened.

At the stoplights, burnouts pretty damn easy.

re-created on February 6, 2006.

I pulled the baffles from the back in January 2003. doing one, I started the WHAM! It sounds like a bike now! No more of pussified V4 sound.

Now it sounds a V-twin when lugging the off the line or at 25 mph in 5th gear and a crotch at WOT over 3k rpm.

Corbin + Lady seat. This is a HUGE disappointment. It puts the rider about 2 inches The bike is already a little The driver and passenger constantly forward under moderate or braking with the stiff and smooth covering.
