bikebeerrun1960: It is definately A Soviet Union(Russia) built Ural ; Basically A copy of 1950’s BMW It was produced virtually unchanged there for decades and was obtainable in the west for A time (early 1970’s).

Faraghoul: It’s a Dnepr MT 8 – MT 10. Ural has another gas-tank.

805ROADKING: @Goregoon I’ve never done it, but I’m sure it gotta feel weird.

killhill99: kool

231flash: @805ROADKING Drum brakes – late 60’s – early 70’s

Dneprlover: Wrong headlamp rocker covers and instrument console for a 6v MT9. Console, ignition switch type and indicators indicates early 12v. Handlebar controls and switchgear and SLS front brake not the same as and too old for an MT11.

MT10/36 model had MT11 switchgear and TLS front brake Definately an honest Ukrainian Dnepr MT10 model of about 1979 vintage. Not very common as they weren’t made for long before the MT10/36 came out

805ROADKING: @bikebeerrun1960 Thanks Scott, I knew somebody would be able to give a positive I.D. I was just taking a wild guess, I didn’t have a clue.

231flash: It’s a BMW. maybe a R65 or a R69

231flash: @805ROADKING I think it was in 74

231flash: Maybe a BMW R45

805ROADKING: @baibolas That’s cool. I never heard of it before. Thanks for checking us out!!☺

Smoott Dembicki: very nice.

MrPollozen: It’s not a Ural. It’s a Dnepr mt (9 or 11, 6v /12 volts). Russian bike really similar to Ural (In early years it was the same factory)

ranchero302me: that thing looks so kool awsum vid

805ROADKING: @MrPollozen Thanks, I’ll will correct the title and description. We don’t see many of them over here in the States

Goregoon: I rode in a side car once. what a strange sensation it was. I loved it but felt out of my element for a bit til I got used to it.

Donald Smith: Neat ol ural, the fit and finish on those bikes was a little rough.

maracuja363: @baibolas db tu krutas

Vilius Zigmantavicius: i am from pasvalys. Pasvalys is a little city in lithuania north.

Frank33314: Thats a nice lookin bike

805ROADKING: @Dneprlover Thanks for the help with the I.D. You definitely sound like you know your stuff!!☺

EdzGarage: It looks all original.

805ROADKING: @231flash I was thinking maybe a URAL, I’ve seen those sidecars on them before. I think a Beemer would have Badges and labeling all over it, especially the speedo. I don’t think it’s too old, Maybe late 70’s early 80’s.

GatheringSticks: front tire needs air.lol

mbyr31: I wonder if that would meet todays strict road standards. LOL That is pretty cool man!

805ROADKING: @231flash Good catch, I wasn’t even thinking of that. I was thinking of the turn signals. When did they start using Discs?
