all I’ve been a member for a on the forums but never had the time to post anything yet, so my post for my scooter hope like it.

For the moment I’m not for a high standard scoot enough for me to do my everyday errands my … to work and back and sprint a few scoot fans the road aswell.

Here’s pix of my scooter before I really into the tuning thing, the colour was orange and it was a beaten up (I bout it while the old owener had a accident with it and twisted the fork into a rooted also the frame suffered the were touching the seat.) but I have pics of it in that this is when I just the scoot, took me about a work non stop of torsioning the back to shape, refibering the plasticwork and getting the engine to working condition. the investment that high as the only I had to buy were the things I couldn’t myself (the blue pipe was the only thing I bought).

here is the setup I to it (please don’t laugh parts were hell on the scoot)

engine block:

pipe: direct out (yeah in you ask it runs HOT, but makes a deep noise, I loved it at the but it was ok for a normal pipe)

cylinder: kit 70 KOSO X47′ AC tough steelcast kit bored to 47mm no work whatsoever same as an 40mm but just biger that’s all

carburetor: HM (17) 80 mainjet

admission pipe:

air filter: KOSO Performance Air

clutch: tojours du KOSO (I have no idea if it’s a real brand koso but the is pretty good looks a TNT standard clutch)

vario: du KOSO Speed CAM

belt: bando VS belt 738

I by opening up the exhaust port of the (some were half since they are catalysed) I them nice and round and opend the exhaust by 2mm (I was scared as about thism since I had no experience with this thing before), I cleaned up the cylinder and made sure was no bedris, took out some grit 800 paper and sanded to a polished finish. hooked it up to the went back to finish the once done I tested her up for a run, I was speechless it worked I care even if it gained 1 or 2 kmh but it worked, I rode the cylinder in for a month and then did a test WOT on a runway I got a spanking

67-70kmh out of her, but then bad happend, I heard a bziiiiiiiiiiiip and then the whole bike up in the engine, I was scared I was sweating all I held the throttle wide to help cool it off, I the bike over. poped out the and I saw it was chalky white, real I was runing to lean. I pushed the home since I didn’t to turn it on till I got some new for the carb.

— stared to go tune the x47 cylinder I used before, I the exhaust by 4mm and started to smooth out the bits on the gills (boost I think they are called, we tag them as gills)

after all of this was over I went and tested the bike this time I got a new personal record

96-100(going from 0 to was realy quick, then the lags at 70

76 then it goes fast to 80 and then takes insane time to reach I have flat spots in the I can’t figure out where or is causing it. I touched the vario and tuned the clutch somehow it was but then when I get to 70 it makes a sound (as if it’s running too here’s how she looks with the setup.

after tuning it out more over the past few I got her to go 115kmh for a very short she runs really hot and I have a it’s the spark plug the the rest was still ok.

after silence I decided to go for aluminum AC so I over and ordered me some new (one of my biggest investments for the scoot thus far). I want a true race since I wouldn’t know how it to get a big increas in speed, I’m a bookworm and I love to read up on how a things works the way it does, and I would like to do the tuning and see how far I can push my limits and the bikes even if it’s not a world or a beasty system I still ove the performance I can squeeze out of it. here are the I ordered from a german parts site.

also placed an order for a 400 kit and a slew of EZ lock head to go it. since my vaccuum cleaner isn’t for precious kits it was meant to learn the functions of a and where it can take me.

below are of my bike now the paint needs to be completely but I’m still on it, I prefer to tune the engine out paint later.

— also I would much appreciate if someone can me on how to tune the aluminum cylinder, I am so of breaking the Sinic on the cylinder, what to do first to gain a performance out of the cylinder without too much reliability?.
