Motorcycle KTM Duke II

KTM’s 640 LC4 engine is one of my of all time. Although it vibrates a paint shaker on meth and can be to some tedious maintenance, a compact and diverse little plant. The versatile Austrian found its way into a variety of including the company’s enduros, and adventure bikes.

The II departed with the 640 engine, by the 690 Duke and leaving the motard behind as the new model took on a more streetbike-esque persona. The II was, in some ways, an odd motorcycle, but it was also on the leading of the motard craze of the 2000s and of the “streetmoto” category that was all its own.
