Could the new Moto Guzzi V7 be one of the Best Motorcycle Picks for

I’m going to preface this by that my wife, Sheila, the old adage stating, “If a man gives to a tree in a forest, he’s an …”.  She’s probably so I’m basically going to line up my from a few women that shown pictures of Moto new V7 Classic to and discussed it’s with.   I also OWN this so it’s the coolest thing on the as far as I’m concerne d.

The Moto Guzzi V7 Classic

Guzzi introduces the V7 Classic year to its line-up.  It’s a motorcycle in the 750cc class has tapped into the “retro” that has become increasingly  It’s also a nice bike that is, according to Guzzi, “A stunning mixture of tech and retro styling, upon the 1967 original my Eldorado ).

Although, I’m feeling like it has a lot of the V7 in it, which is fine by me as it is one of the very looking bikes ever, is, in my opinion of course:

1973-ish V7

Making the dangerous assumptions.

In no order, and “shotgunning” the info me without filtering it through my brain”, the women I spoke to looking for a motorcycle that is:

to handle — It has to be light, low in the CG department, and be to maneuver around at speed

Easy to parking and nimble respect to low speed moves.

Women I talked to wanted a upright seating position, not too far like a sport bike, and weren’t thrilled with a back cruiser position.

seat height.  100% this.

Good “grunt” — that I talked to didn’t about absolute top speed or acceleration — I heard, over and again, “plenty of power” to get in and out of the way of heavy traffic and dangerous  They wanted to “feel” it could reach “… quickly, especially on freeway and exits.

Reliability was also a big issue.  I heard a few say that they to be able to do light maintenance

Scaled to fit.  The had to have proportions that the rider.  They didn’t to look “swallowed up” in the bike.

lines and looks — no flames, weird eyeballs or  transformer-toy

OK.  I’m not going to spin and make this posting than it should be.  I’m to state the facts about the V7 and discuss what I currently about the bike and promise to it as soon as there’s a good in Chicago.

This bike is going to be at low speeds, light enough to around easily in neutral and situations, and it is going to handle predictably at speeds, especially the low seat height and “standard” position.  You’re not going to run around the sportiest models, but with skill, this will stay up with in it’s horsepower class, and damned good doing it.

This particular motor’s around since the late and it has gotten better and better, refined and evolved over time.  It’s reliable, to maintain, not messy because it has drive instead of chains must be lubricated and adjusted and there’s just not a lot of moving to break.  With a better-than-10:1 to weight ration, it’s to accelerate well and scoot up to but the 48 horsepower is not going to get too much from John Q. Law.

Guzzis are for low-end grunt, and this has the DNA — As soon as I put some miles in, verify what I’ve here, and see if I’m correct.  Please free to comment and let me know you think, I’m truly interested and answer any and all questions.
