Moto Guzzi Announces Bellagio 940 in India

Motorcycle enthusiasts can book from its Gurgaon Showroom.

The Italian ultra-premium motorcycle manufacturer, Moto Guzzi has announced the availability of the much roaring naked-custom cruiser, the Bellagio 940 in India. Customers can exclusively book it from its outlet, Northwards Motors dealership, in Gurgaon. The Bellagio will carry a delivery delay of 6 weeks from the booking date.

However, we have neither the exact on road price nor the ex-showroom price of the Bellagio. It is the second motorcycle of Moto Guzzin in India after the company debuted with the Griso 1200 8V in December, 2012. Moto Guzzi is subsidiary motorcycle brand of the Italian two-wheeler monster, Piaggio.

Moto Guzzi Bellagio 940 comes with a 935cc, 90,V Twin, OHV, 2 valves per cylinder, air cooled, 4 stroke engine. The engine is powerful enough to spit out massive 73 horsepowers and sporty 78 Nm. It is coupled with a 6 speed gear transmission.

The machine looks lively gigantic. Though it is fitted in a below-1000cc engine, the bike has really got some massive ambiance by appearance. It’s damn sure that anyone who looks at it will never put off his eyes soon from the bi-wheeler.

Just what seen on the Griso 1200 8V, the Bellagio has exhaust at the left side. But, the Bellugio has dual-exhaust on board. It’s obviously the trademark that keeps the Moto Guzzi machines away from other two-wheeled motors.

Moto Guzzi mentions a classy touch rather than being a sporty one on road. That’s why the alloy rimmed Excel wire wheels, chrome finished dual-exhaust, rear view mirrors, round and traditional headlamp and two instrument meter consoles. These all precisely carves out a niche of naked-classic motorcyclism.

The manufacturer has committed to ensure maximum confidence to the rider providing 320mm dual disc brakes with spot floating calipers at front and a 282mm, single disc brake of spot floating caliper at rear. The firm also never dilutes the comfy for the tourer. Its front suspension is equipped with a 45mm, telescopic forks with adjustable compression and rebound damping, while the rear has single side swing arm, monoshock with adjustable spring preload and rebound damping.

The monstrous machine weighs 224 kg. It has a fuel tank capacity of 19 liters which makes the machine a remote tourer.

As this classic-tourer launches the Indian shore of luxury motorcycling, that would be a fabulous opportunity for the naked-cruiser maniacs to own it. While, it would be some painful nightmares for its rivals such as Harley Davidson.
