At 20 I bought a brand new Harley Glide in 1976 (the ball years for HD) . For 6 months it was my transportation, it was a very cool ride. But as a motorcycle — it sucked. Broke down parts vibrated off all the time, had no bad brakes, no suspension, etc.

it could barely spin the tire. I floated the lifters when the speedo said I doubt it was actually doing than 85 or 90mph.

Needless to say

I the Harley before the year was I took that money and a ‘ 54 Chevy pickup and a Moto Guzzi Ambassador 750 in a barn covered in pigeon I rode the winds of adventure for the 30 years on that 1970 Guzzi Ambassador.

In 99 I bought a ’98 Moto E V 1100 as a wreck from a salvage yard. Had a good resurrecting it. Read about the Sister Moto Guzzi at right.

In ‘ 2000 I a ‘ 80 Honda GoldWing . I bought and sold several through the years. One of the more bikes I’ve owned is a ‘ 77 Moto Guzzi — Auto shifter! cool.

I still commute on my regularly — rain or (2006). Okay, it is now (2010 and I become much more a Weather Rider.

My old shop, was so and easy to use.

Today’s is smaller, much less and I have gotten ride of extra parts. It is just 1/2 of a 2 car now.

In 2002 I got to scratch a 5 year for a Moto Guzzi Centauro . an WILD AWESOME machine was. Click on the picture below for the full story this Italian Stallion.

in 2002 I Traded the Centauro and got bike I’d been over for the past 10 years a Honda ST1100 Sport Machine. This bike is perfect all around do it all Motorcycle. Has my main commuter and Long Ride.

My sweetheart passed her Motorcycle drivers exam in ( 2002 ), and bought a beautiful 1981 Honda 400 . Bike had just over miles on it. Mint condition Great Find. We have really enjoying riding and have ridden through out the thus far.

UPDATE: ( ) Dulane now rides a 83′ 750 Virago. 4 speeds, Tons power than the Honda 400 and of style to boot.

I can’t it, but I actually sold the Ambo after owning it for 31 years.

I was so hearted without my Moto that after the first I started buying and selling other old Guzzi’s trying to get MoJo back from the

’74 Eldorado’s have the best. I am crazy for having them, crazy for buying to start with! It’s an (What a treasure these are! )

I still have the Honda because I use it all the time. For fun, and biken’ pleasure. I can’t nor do I have the space to keep all great motorcycles. In my dreams.

In for me to experience owning and riding I tend to buy one, ride and fix it up and eventually resell it so I can go on and buy something That describes a poor collector. However, this has allowed me to experience owning 25 so far.

Wow, I really enjoyed the bikes — it has well worth it.
