We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We no longer accept personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders. We do not accept PayPal or bank to bank transfers.

Your credit card is not charged until the merchandise is prepared for shipping.

We ship all orders as soon as possible, and we ship them in the order in which they are received. We make every attempt to accommodate customers requesting overnight (UPS Next Day Air) delivery, and these orders are normally moved to the front of the line.

All in stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. Items that are not in stock will be placed on back order and shipped separately as soon as they become available. Back orders not fulfilled after 90 days are subject to cancellation, in which case you will be notified.

Each delivery will be assessed a separate shipping charge.

We have a minimum order of US$10.00 in parts value.

All orders are subject to a $1.00 processing fee.

There are some items that we do not normally keep in stock, but we offer on a Special Order basis. Special Order means that once you commit to purchasing the item, we will obtain it for you as quickly as possible. These special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.


We will automatically send your order via the lowest cost, insured method. All orders are sent with insurance to cover the contents in case of loss or damage.

MG Cycle uses either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPSPM) for all orders.

If you wish to disregard the lowest cost option and specify your shipping method, you must state your preference in the comments field when placing your order. If you do not specify a preference, we will send your order via the lowest cost option. If you specify a shipping option that is not possible (for example, too large, or too expensive), we will default to the lowest cost possible shipping option.

You will be notified of the shipping method when you receive your tracking number.

When shipping via UPS, we offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, UPS WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED (for international orders), and standard UPS Ground service. Priority Mail services provided by the United States Postal Service (USPSPM) are available for domestic and international customers in select countries. If the Postal Service does not offer insurance to your country, we will not send your order via the Postal Service.

For your convenience, charges for United States Postal Service insurance are as follows:

In addition, the United States Postal Service has these maximum allowable insurance limits:

These limits are per shipment. so if your order is more than these amounts, you must split the order to create additional shipments. If the US Postal Service does not offer insurance to your country, we cannot ship your order via the US Postal Service.

Regardless of the carrier, you must provide your correct and complete address for delivery purposes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses result in delivery delays, address correction fees, and undeliverable packages. In the event that you provide an incorrect address and we are assessed an address correction fee, we will charge the credit card you used to place your order a $15 charge to cover the address correction fees.

If necessary, we will also charge your card any additional shipping cost to get the package to the final destination. If a package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, there is no recourse and you will not be credited or compensated. Accuracy is very important.

Please take the time to verify that your delivery address is correct.

Please keep in mind that delivery charges depend on your address as well as the actual weight, physical dimensions, and insured value of the final package. These characteristics cannot be determined until your order is packaged and prepared for shipping. For this reason, we are unable to provide shipping cost quotes.

Please be assured that we make every effort to help keep shipping costs to a minimum, while packing items appropriately to avoid damage.

All standard shipping policies stated above apply. In addition, we offer the following information.

In all cases, international shipping charges are not refundable, regardless of fault or cause. The decision to shop half way around the planet is yours, and while we make every effort to satisfactorily fulfill each and every order, sometimes people make mistakes, and we cannot provide free international shipping to correct them. Please understand that there is risk in international shopping.

For example, if we forget to include something that you requested, we will be happy to include it with your next order, or we will credit your card for the missing item. The choice is yours.

We do not falsify or otherwise alter invoices for customs or tax evasion purposes. Your government may impose import taxes or duties upon you. Your government may require the carrier to collect these charges before you can accept delivery.

For international orders sent via UPS WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED:

MG Cycle has a contract with United Parcel Service (UPS) for Worldwide Expedited international shipping. This contract provides a shipping cost reduction of 50% off the published shipping rates. We at MG Cycle are pleased to pass this savings along to our international customers.

This contract covers Europe, UK, Australia, Japan, South Africa, and some other countries.

You may obtain a rough shipping cost estimate at the UPS website. Cut this estimate in half. The published cost obtained at that website is approximately double the actual cost that you will be charged.

Some exceptions do occur. International delivery addresses in remote areas (for example: addresses outside of major metropolitan areas or island locations) may be subject to the UPS Remote Area Delivery Surcharge of US$20. This fee is not subject to discount.

If you have a problem with a UPS delivery, you must first contact UPS.

Larger, heavier, and more valuable packages always cost more. Be aware that very large packages such as those necessary for windshields, exhaust systems, fairings, fuel tanks, seats, handlebars, and similar sized items often have shipping costs to international destinations ranging from US$100 to US$300. Our standard large box for mufflers for example, measures 38 inches by 14 inches by 8 inches.

Due to significant criminal activity, we no longer ship to Croatia, Greece, Indonesia, Israel, or Malaysia.

Special note for Canadian customers:

UPS has a Customs clearance agreement with Canada for shipments sent via UPS Expedited. UPS clears Canadian Customs with their in-house brokerage company, eliminating the separate

$40 brokerage fee that deliveries sent via UPS Standard to Canada are normally subject to. UPS may still collect duties or taxes for your government, and charge a small fee for doing this, but the separate approximately $40 brokerage charge is waived.


Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. All returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) clearly written on the outside of the box. You can obtain an RMA number by calling us in advance at telephone number: 608-862-2300.

Boxes received without RMA numbers will be refused, and/or returned to sender at your expense, and/or abandoned.

We gladly offer full refund or exchange for parts that arrive damaged or parts that we send in error, however the 30 day return policy applies. You must inspect all items upon receipt.

Returns of parts incorrectly ordered, no longer needed, or no longer desired by customers must be in as new condition and will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. Parts showing evidence of installation will not be accepted. Once an item shows evidence of installation, we consider it used, and cannot accept it for return.

All items shipped out will be charged. If you must exchange a part and do not wish to wait until we receive the part you are returning, we will charge you for the replacement part, and you will be credited for the exchange part upon it’s return to MG Cycle, subject to the 20% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns on electrical components. All sales of electrical components are final.

We cannot accept returns on special order parts. Special order parts are defined as parts with little demand that we do not normally stock in our inventory, and that we have agreed to order especially for you. Items that we consider special order are noted as such in our product descriptions.

When these parts arrive at our shop they will be sent to you and you will be charged for them as agreed when the order was placed.


No warranties are expressed or implied other than those of the manufacturer. MG Cycle is not a manufacturer. We will work on our customer’s behalf with the manufacturers when warranty issues arise.

Parts used or installed incorrectly, or subject to extreme duty (racing, sidecars, stunts) are not subject to a warranty.

Motorcycle parts for Moto Guzzis are generally small batch production line products and are often hand made. Some of the small manufacturers consider their products to be artisanal. If you desire show quality finishes, for example, then production line products may not be for you. Scratches, chips, or other blemishes that do not compromise the function of a part are not considered defective, and are not cause for refund, return, or exchange.

Imperfections are considered normal and should be expected. On occasion we do sort out the most egregious imperfections and offer them at a discount. If you need a perfect part, you will likely need to make it yourself.

All parts are sold with the assumption that the buyer shall use them in accordance with Federal and State laws. MG Cycle shall not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages, including labor and other direct costs associated with goods sold.
