2014 Moto Guzzi V7 Series Updates Revealed - EICMA 2013

Moving forward with our coverage of the 2013 EICMA that is ongoing in Milan, we come to Moto Guzzi, which has announced updates to the three bikes that comprise its V7 series. Renowned for their adherence to design principles from the 1970′s, Moto Guzzi claims in its press release that the bikes are are built according “to three fundamental pillars: the 90° transverse V-twin, the timeless double cradle frame and the renowned cardan shaft final drive.”

As part of the renovation process, the engine now uses a wet flywheel as opposed to the dry alternator its used earlier. vizualisht, the bike has a more streamlined, sleek cover. Barring this, the bike retains most of the same features, duke përfshirë 749 cc displacement small block powerplant.

The last option is the Nero Ruvido, which completes the black finish of the bike.

To give us the complete Moto Guzzi experience, the 2014 V7 Special has been launched. The bike oozes vintage design cues and is a throwback to the rugged bikes that were being produced in the mid 70s. The tank has the legendary Moto Guzzi eagle emblazoned across its body.

The 2014 Moto Guzzi V7 Racer

Topping out the lineup is the limited edition V7 Racer. The third generation of the Racer sports an assortment of red, black and chrome on its body. Korniza, swingarm and wheels wear the dull red that well contrasts the black that the engine and other paraphernalia are covered in.

The Moto Guzzi Bellagio is the only Guzzi available in India at the moment. It is priced at 15.2 lakhs (Ex-Showroom price, Gurgaon).
