Review: 2008 Suzuki

Why is the first motorcycle review of an ’08 model? Funny you ask; I was fortunate enough to tested so many bikes in that I couldn’t write all up before year’s end.

The GSX650F, in my opinion, felt the perfect motorcycle for somebody who a mean-looking bike that’s not a ride. Think of it as a kindred to the ever-popular Kawasaki Ninja only heavier and more

What, no to the competition (Ninja 650R, FZ6R, Suzuki’s own SV650)?

I’m partial to the Ninja 650R, as the of that bike is just so It’s made to fit the rider, and it As for the GSX650F, I like the gauge (plus for the fuel gauge and indicator), but it leaves so much plastic space in the dash, it a cheap feel to the bike.

The pipe is hideous…it’s so ‘Katana.’ And anyone else think alphanumerics are getting carried GSX650F-L-M-N-O-P…I liked this better when it was simply a Bandit.

Not a bad starter, and newbs have options now, besides standard nakeds like the Kawi ER-6n, and Honda’s 599. But if style is really important, I’d look elsewhere…the Ninja 650R and new Yamaha trounce the Suzuki in that

One complaint about all the bikes in catagory, however…the upright don’t really mix with the pegs. It makes for great but on rides over a half any rider with an inseam 30″ will cramp up quickly.

The GSX650F is a fantastic motorcycle and nothing but compliments on its looks (I the black one). Goes bends like its on rails and so safe and planted at speed. of “extras” as standard.

Fast for anyone without a …-wish (do you to go faster than 130?). this bike (and no, I’m not a

I have a bone to pick on top I’ve hit 180 and still had room for I’ve been riding for 31 and this is one great bike.

I am a (5″5″) man and it is quite comfortable on rides. The only drawback to bike is no center stand.

Hello everyone!

I justed to say that I have bought GSX 650F (2008 model) as my bike! Partially thanks to article.

I actually got my education on 600R, but i find it quite and very light weighted…

is very balanced, very i feel very safe the weight under me It is very i am able to release the gas without any and keep going… i am actually to keeping my right hand more than the left one – do that with Ninja.

is yet quite powerful, it was always to get me going fast! Aceleration is a and i am still running within the 1000km, so i can’t go up in to the high i must say, this forgives you the wrong gears, and i am to drive on 4-5th gear 40 km/h without realizing it…

it may be a little bit heavy for newcommers, or people…but it has really grown on have stoped feeling it about 100 km. It was heavy on the feet at the first week. But i did manage to do the of 8 and etc for the driving exam on kawasaki without anyproblems on the first go driving Suzuki…

Sure is not very agile, but on the motorway it is pleasent to drive, and even in the it takes the curves great! it is not light enough for traffic maybe, it’s just me not skilled enough.

Breaks are and the engine aids a lot in stopping Plus you feel almost no from the engine.

in total – GREAT bike, i it. I actually bought it without trying it…and i was pleasently

The funny thing is: At first my instructed said it was a bad idea a big bike as the first…he said it is too too big for the city…so i gave him to try it for 30 minutes in the traffic. And he told me that i decide to sell it in the future…i talk to him Haha ha He was very with it too…

And just if you are …why km and all…I am Russian, and I and drive in Italy

PS: i was considering too…but i saw a FZ6R crashed on the day i was a motocycle…and i thought it was a bad sign…

GSX650F is not a common bike…which that it is less likely to be Cause here a lot of motorbikes are and then sold for parts at the market…especially this is common for models….

I will be glad if someone my comments usefull.- oh…GSX650F has a fuel and gear gauge…very to me

I bought my “f” in Oct 08 at the end of the season. I got a good deal and enjoyed it completely. It was and still is my bike.

I have just 11,000 miles on it.

Been about getting something so that I can migrate into a little more sport kind of riding. I’ve looking at Concours 14, VFR 1200, and the Sprint ST (which is really a bike with bags). love a 1250FA if they’d it here in the states.

I am a 42 yr old male and I the Blue and White 2008 I have read some of the above and agree this is a all around bike. Not my only and also not my first bike.

I ridden full blown and also cruisers. The GSX650F is to give you the balance of performance and I have even taken it on longer road trips pretty good comfort. I did above that someone that this bike can go that would have to be km. I topped this bike out on a road with no inlets and it go a little over 130 tucked in and buried.

I have almost 5000 on the bike and have not had a single Regardless of what I add to my collection, I hold on to this bike for a time.
