Multi-Role All-Rounder

Looking for a middleweight that’s capable of handling anything from daily commuting through to weekend blasts and long distance tours? Check out what the latest Diversion F has to offer, and we think you’ll like what you hear.

For smooth power and strong acceleration, the Diversion F runs with our reliable 600cc inline 4-cylinder engine. The compact chassis is designed to deliver agile handling and confidence-inspiring roadholding. And to ensure top-class riding comfort, this all-rounder is equipped with smooth-action suspension systems.

But what really sets this stylish 600 apart is its full fairing, which offers superior wind and weather protection every day of the year.

With the Yamaha Diversion F you’ll be getting much more than you could ever expect from one motorcycle.

That’s because the Diversion F benefits from a super-smooth engine and agile-handling chassis that is ready for anything from daily commuting through to sport riding on twisty back roads. And with its wind-beating full fairing, 17-litre fuel tank and optional luggage, the Diversion F is capable of taking on some serious long-distance touring.

By applying our unique Art of Engineering design philosophy, we’ve been able to create a bike that not only does virtually everything you ask of it, it will also put a smile on your face every time!

Smooth performance

A key feature that makes the Diversion F such a great all-rounder is its 600cc inline 4-cylinder engine. Featuring an efficient fuel injection system and equipped with a 6-speed gearbox, this free-revving power plant delivers a wide band of smooth power that’s easy to use around town. And on the open road you can expect some serious performance.

Confident handling

Once you sit astride the Diversion F you’ll experience just how comfortable and compact the chassis feels. Running with a lightweight tubular frame and benefitting from 41 mm front forks and Yamaha’s proven monocross rear suspension, this agile-handling all-rounder delivers easy manoeuvrability in town, with assured roadholding on the highway.

Aerodynamic full fairing

What really makes the Diversion F stand out is its sleek aerodynamic full fairing. Featuring sharp race-inspired lines with twin frontal air intakes, this lightweight bodywork offers superb wind and weather protection all year round. And for extra upper-body wind protection, Yamaha offer an optional tinted double-bubble screen.

Comprehensive instrumentation

The Diversion F’s racing-style instrument console features an easy-to-read analogue tachometer on the right, and a multi-function digital display—which includes a speedometer—on the left. And for added visibility at night, the console benefits from white LED backlighting and a luminous white tachometer needle.

Rugged and stylish storage

The Diversion F is a seriously competent all-rounder, which can be used for a wide variety of roles, including commuting, leisure riding and touring. For extra load carrying capacity, Yamaha offers an optional sturdy rear carrier and 39- or 50-litre top case. And for added security, there’s a U-lock storage space under the seat.
